If you don't love it, return it! We want you to be just as happy with your products as we are! If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we promise a full refund or exchange in the first 5 days from the delivery date. All that i ask is for you to return the item in it's original packaging along with your invoice or receipt.

Please note, only items purchased on veraann.bigcartel.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at from me on-hand, please contact me directly to arrange for a return or exchange! Items must not be open, used nor worn for full exchanges or returned.
